If your new jewels aren't quite right, we'll happily accept returns for credit or exchange. Simply post your clean, undamaged item with a copy of your sales receipt to:

Please make sure you send your jewels via an insured method, such as registered post. If you have any questions about a return or exchange, contact us here, or call 07 3852 6928 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Shipping
Our Travel Jewels travel first class by registered post at a set fee of $15 – anywhere in Australia. For orders over A$250, shipping is complementary.
Once your order is placed, we'll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye out for your precious package. Please allow around 5 to 7 days for your jewels to arrive.
